A friend of a friend is having quads (FOUR babies!!) and she is blogging about this life changing experience. Through her blog, I have been introduced to other multiple birth blogs. Paris is out of jail and has a new accessory…
Paris Hilton has been re-assigned to confinement of her home for the next 40 days. She will be wearing an ankle bracelet that typically has a range of 3000-4000 square feet (her home has to be twice or thrice that size right?) This decision for re-assignment was based on medical issues which the sheriff’s department could not legally discuss. Medical issues, my a##! So she was upset, not eating, and crying constantly…to me that is a sign that it might be working!!
Was she cut a break? This just sounds very fishy. We will keep you updated as we hear information.

Vanity Fair shows support for Africa.
The passion for Africa has brought together many famous individuals (politicians, royalty, singers, actors, directors, TV hosts, and more) for a very special edition of Vanity Fair. The last couple of weeks of celebrity news has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I have gotten annoyed with all that is happening in Hollywood (DUIs, drug related stories, endless nights of partying, jail stories, etc.) Reading about Vanity Fair’s purpose for this story and who all was involved has provided a much needed relief. Modonna, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, Bono, Djimon Hounsou, Oprah, Don Cheadle, and Chris Rock are among the contributors. I applaud their actions and hope to see more of this…actors using their fame and fortune to help others. To see all 20 covers click here.

Olympic logo is a joke…
The proposed Olympic logo was unveiled on Monday and has since caused quite a ruckus. Look carefully…what do you see? It is supposed to read 2012, uh-huh. Many viewers are saying it looks like a child did it…would you pay 400,000 for this piece of s**t? I enjoy tuning in to the Olympics, but may think twice if I have to look at this thing plastered all over the place.
Below are other logos that were sent in via email as requested from the BBC website. I see lots of potential in many of these amateur designs. I really hope that they toss the hideous pink thing and honor someone who actually put some thought and effort into the design.
